We offer in-person activation services at two locations in Seoul for customers who cannot complete online activation. Please bring your Residence Card, bank account information (bankbook scanned copy), and application form. Advance reservation is required.
If you prefer a physical SIM card instead of an eSIM, please visit one of our service centers for in-person activation.
Special Note: You can also complete your activation during the Korvia Party! Applications submitted on Saturday will be processed on Monday morning, after which you'll receive your eSIM.
